These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clio Lima website ("Website") at lima.cliospace.ai and the Clio Lima software ("Software"). By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Software

Use of the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement the EULA for website-related matters.

2. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Personal License: $29, one-time payment, perpetual.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment details.
All sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase by contacting devcliolima@gmail.com.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

The Software does not function on your system and we are unable to resolve the issue.
The purchase was made in error (duplicate purchase, wrong product).

To request a refund, email devcliolima@gmail.com with your purchase email and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

4. Trial

The 14-day trial provides full access to all Software features. No credit card is required. Trial state is managed locally on your device. One trial per installation.

5. Website Content

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, screenshots) is the property of Clio Lima and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Website or Software for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license protections.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Lima project, Docker documentation). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

8. Disclaimer

THE WEBSITE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR SOFTWARE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIO LIMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SOFTWARE.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
